Let us quickly introduce ourselves, as we are super excited to have you here! 

Our name: Eco, Love & Other Stuff

Our motto: Small changes, BIG results 

Our goal: Our online store has eco-friendly,  sustainable, reusable, washable and plastic-free alternatives to eventually become a ZERO waste society. 

Eco, Love & Other Stuff meets ZERO WASTE

Magnetic Island, also called "Maggie", is a tropical island in Northern Queensland.

The island is located about 8kms offshore from Townsville and is a home for +/- 2500 residents 

Not living on the mainland isn't always as easy as it seems.

The local community knows very well it is all about sharing & caring and helping each other out sometimes. When living on an island, you quickly realize that protecting the environment is pretty important too.

A Zero Waste Group has been formed by locals, where everyone is free to join & where everyone can ask for advise or can get involved in any way, that would lead them into becoming a ZERO waste community... or at least, ... be a part of it!

So this is where it all starts... with you!

We don't need everyone to do things 100% right... But we do need everyone to realize that no matter how small the change is... YOU WILL make a difference! 

We need to remember to REFUSE, REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE  🌍

Refuse that straw, 🥤 or that plastic plate for that picnic you planned

Reduce the amount of NEW clothes in your wardrobe, buy second hand, 👗 or did you ever buy a wooden accessory? 

Reuse an old t-shirt as a cleaning rag or a shopping bag 🛍

& Recycle, Recycle, Recycle ♻️ ♻️ ♻️
